Refund policy

Original Art: All original art sales may be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Customers must pay for shipping and handling.

Art Prints: All Art Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order". 
 
In the first instance of any quality issues or damage to prints in transit, please email contact@janeyrainbow.com with supporting information and photos where possible. 

Damages and issues
Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged or lost artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
